**** I received this e-book as a giveaway from Goodreads author Preeti Gupta in exchange for an honest review******

About the author:
Preeti Gupta was born in Chicago to parents immigrated from India. She has been published in several community magazines and newspapers. 3 Chips on God is her first published book.
In addition to being an author and a seeker of Spirituality, Preeti is a Financial Planner and CPA who loves money (yes, she is aware of the irony). She lives in New Jersey, alone with her laptop and chocolate. She does not have any plants or pets, because she is traumatized after the death of her cactus* which she killed in 1999.
About the Book:
We all hold personal opinions about the "philosophy of life and our spiritual existence", in one way or the other, sometimes consciously and sometimes in our sub-concious mind. I'll put 3 Chips on god just in case there is one is entirely based on what the author thinks about the philosophy of life and the spiritual existence of living beings.
Agnosticism + Logic + Faith = My Spirituality, as the book described is an exact definition in 3 words or 3 Chips as the author mentions (3 Chips on God).
Before beginning with what I felt about the book, I feel the author deserves an applause on her writing style. *APPLAUSE*
One needs guts to pen-down the perspectives and thoughts about life exactly how it pops in your head.

Firstly, this is not one of those philosophical reads which you can just keep reading and finish in a day-or-two. Each chapter of this book is a complete cycle of thoughts and needs to be thought upon; "what do I feel about spirituality? Would I prefer to become a vegetarian? Do I believe in Karma? Would I sacrifice my desires for others? Sit back and think." I made sure I had my cup of coffee and cookies with me while going through each chapter and ponder upon them while being lost into open space.
Preeti Gupta talks about a lot of aspects of our lives in this book and shares her opinion. She does not impose her thoughts yet makes one think and create their own opinion by showing both the sides of a coin. Sometimes, I myself felt a little confused that which side am I on? Heads or tails? Maybe both. And that's the beauty of this book. I could stick to my beliefs yet give some space to the other side as well. Hip-Hip Hurray!!
I enjoyed reading this book and felt it was similar to my beliefs. I am an agnostic myself and it was good to know that I am not the only one walking this path.
One drawback I felt was that at certain instances the author was a bit self-defensive in sharing what she felt. I wonder why?...
About the Book Cover:
This book has a very interesting title '3 Chips on God' and deserves a better book cover. I am not ashamed to say, I am one of those people who judge a book first by its Book Cover, then the Title and finally the Content. And the book cover didn't really appeal to me. It was the content mostly that I was looking forward to read and it did justify my curiosity! Thankyou Ms. Preeti Gupta :)
What I feel is that the book cover right now, does justify the content to a certain extent but its worth a lot more as this book is not only about gods and angels.
I rate this book 4 stars.
